About
Debbie Oyawale is the Human Resource Associate/Analyst at Celebration Church International, a faith based startup based in Nigeria. She is passionate about leveraging data analytics tools and knowledge, in talent management, hiring, employee engagement, administrative support, customer satisfaction and making data informed decisions for Small and Mid-Sized organizations globally. She hopes to achieve all these through her team within the next 5 years.
Before Celebration Church International, Deborah has spearheaded a recruitment process, by reducing the recruitment life cycle by 20% and improving candidate quality for a multinational organization fintech based in Nigeria. She also successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams in a multinational financial institution, to analyze, address and resolve client concerns, resulting in a 90% satisfaction rate among clients. She graduated top 5% of her class at the University of Lagos MELs program and top 5% of the data science learning track at the Tech4Dev women techsters fellowship, class 2023.
